In the course of life, one can encounter difficult life situations that are overwhelming, such as adapting to new circumstances or interpersonal problems, and sometimes the triggers cannot be clearly named. Overstrained situations can lead to specific psychological complaints such as depression, anxiety or physical pain for some. I am happy to advise and support you in clarifying and coping with difficult situations so that you can better deal with difficult feelings and situations, rediscover your resources, gain confidence in your ability to act, reduce your suffering and improve your quality of life. As a cognitive behavioral therapist with an integrative approach and more than ten years of experience in the outpatient and inpatient sector, I offer clarification and diagnostics as well as psychological counseling and psychotherapy using scientific recognized methods. The focus is on your personal needs, goals and possibilities. Appreciation, empathy and a pinch of humor are important components of my therapeutic approach.
